What you’ll do:
As a System & Operation Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, operation and further development of our CMMS and take on the role of admin user. You will also support our O&M team with general projects and department-specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Admin User
  • Responsible for the implementation and continuous development of a CMMS in terms of O&M and project specific requirements, working methods and processes
  • Active exchange with all relevant departments and projects to carry out changes, implement and install new and additional functions, as well as coordination of the corresponding interfaces
  • Regular exchange with the IT department and the responsible system manager
  • Coordination, prioritization and monitoring as well as tracking of all CMMS requests and tasks
  • Function as the main contact person for the O&M CMMS, as an escalation contact and for the development of appropriate solutions, in cooperation with the respective stakeholders, specialist departments and projects.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the CMMS, e.g.
  • User Management
  • Analysis of user errors
  • Troubleshooting System Errors
  • Correction of bookings
  • Creation of various reports
  • Creation of assets
  • Compilation and maintenance of CMMS documentation such as manuals, work instructions
  • Facilitation of internal/external project meetings, including the planning of activities/actions
  • Creation of regular CMMS status reports
  • Creation and implementation of CMMS training courses
  • Management of O&M OT devices such as service notebooks and tablets
  • Preparation, participation and support in contract management
  • General support for O&M projects in cooperation with the respective departments
  • Active support of Manager O&M Hub Support

Qualifications and experience

  • Completed studies or training in a relevant field - either engineering, business administration or business informatics
  • Previous experience in a comparable position
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of common CMMS systems
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Good level of spoken English
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
