Job Title: Systems Qualification Engineer
Rate: £75 (Umbrella)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Cheltenham (4 days on-site)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in an aviation, automotive or similar embedded systems development environment demonstrates understanding of working to rigorous industry mandated development standards; for example, ARP4754A and DO160G.
- Knowledge of different verification strategies and test equipment will aid in creating, updating and performing systems tests – be it script-based automated tests, or writing procedures for manual actions. Knowledge of test infrastructure and design of testing facilities is key to success in this role.
- The ability to leverage your experience to contribute to the modification of the power distribution systems architecture (in collaboration with other technical leads and the customer’s based on feedback received from testing.
