Description:

SYSTEMS SUPPORT ASSISTANT - OVERVIEW

We need an exceptional and passionate Systems Support Assistant to join our IT team based out of our London HQ. If you have a genuine desire to be part of something big then your journey should start here.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

  • Manage user maintenance in our MEWS and integrated software platforms, such as Pxier.
  • Handle documentation and configuration tasks within MEWS and Pxier.
  • Conduct routine evaluations and streamline system configurations for optimal performance.
  • Coordinate online training for new employees and provide ongoing software support.
  • Oversee MEWS case management, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Provide global support to hotels for PMS-related front desk operations.
  • Collaborate on development projects for MEWS and Pxier, including beta and pilot testing.
  • Analyze work processes and develop SOPs for front office operations.
  • Ensure quality in operational processes and support local teams.
  • Generate and distribute reports as needed.
  • Assist with distribution and rate loading tasks.

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
