THE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the review and approval processes for new and existing ingredients.
• Manage the input and workflow of accurate recipe and specification data for compliance in the Optiva product system
• Coordination of change management processes to ensure adherence to business requirements.
• Technical systems support to R&D team and wider business.

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related discipline
• 5 years plus industry experience with experience in R&D – product development / specifications/ compliance
• Ability to work and plan independently and be proactive, strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build relationships
• Ability to manage multiple competing timelines and stakeholder
