Description:
Responsibilities:
- Managing IT service delivery, driving projects and implementing fully costed solutions to improve LSTM’s systems and services.
- Contributing towards medium and long-term transformation, leading the implementation of IT projects and developing effective communication flows and improved processes.
- Proactively reviewing existing services and strategies, investigating and assessing emerging technologies for their suitability for the organization.
- Developing knowledge and understanding of the latest security advice and apply fixes, updates, and patches to systems in a timely fashion.
- Maintenance of system performance, monitoring solutions to proactively resolve any potential service delivery issues.
- Managing Servers and Endpoints using tools such as MECM, InTune, Tanium and Jamf
