• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Uses data to help drive decisions and resolutions
• Strong desire around automation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and manage operational issues
• Able to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (Azure), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Services, Exchange Online
• 3+ years of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory experience
• 1+ years of managing technical projects

• SSO integration between Office 365/Azure AD and major SSO providers
• Proficient in developing advanced PowerShell scripts.
• Management of the performance and stability for a complex VMWare, Exchange, AD, IIS and SQL environment
• Manage and continuously secure Active Directory Services
• Monitoring and maintaining backup and security requirements
