Job Summary: Our organization is seeking a dedicated and insightful Systems Administrator to join our team, with a particular focus on enhancing and analyzing our recruitment processes within the veterinary industry. This role will be pivotal in configuring, managing, and utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ICIMS, not just as a tool for tracking applicants but as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to help us strategize and attract high-quality candidates from the veterinary sector. The successful candidate will be in partnership with the HRIS Analyst and be instrumental in creating efficient workflows, generating and analyzing reports for actionable insights, and ensuring a seamless and effective recruiting experience for both candidates and our hiring teams.
Travel required: Intermittent (less than 25%)
Responsibilities:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, proven experience in talent acquisition or HR administration, with a solid understanding of ATS and CRM platforms, preferably ICIMS.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience or knowledge in the veterinary industry.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
  • ATS and CRM Administration: Efficiently manage, and utilize, all aspects of the ICIMS platform, focusing on both its ATS and CRM functionalities, to enhance the recruitment process specifically tailored to the veterinary industry.
  • Industry Insights: Leverage ICIMS CRM capabilities to gain deep insights into the veterinary market, identifying trends and opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies for engaging high-quality candidates from the veterinary field, utilizing the CRM for targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze detailed reports from ICIMS to understand recruitment effectiveness, candidate engagement, and recruiting funnel to inform strategic decisions.
  • Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and management, ensuring the CRM database is current and comprehensive for effective talent sourcing and engagement.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Using email, Teams messaging, and a ticketing system, act as the go-to support for ATS and CRM-related queries from hiring managers and recruiters, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Continually assess and refine recruitment workflows and practices to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and success in attracting veterinary professionals.
  • Vendor and Partnership Engagement: Work with external partners and job boards relevant to the veterinary industry to enhance recruitment efforts and manage system integrations.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with People Solutions, Learning and Development, and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting coordination function.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader Recruiting team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to talent acquisition.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience. Collect and analyze feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
