QUALIFICATIONS

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Preferable)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 6 years of experience in IT system administration roles
• In-depth knowledge and experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Strong proficiency in managing Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and DNS/DHCP
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and resources, including Azure AD, VMs, storage, and networking.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in virtualization, directory services, cloud technologies, and system administration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the field.
