Description:
Deliver excellent L1-3 IT support in a Wintel environment whilst also monitoring and maintaining the internal system and network infrastructure.
YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in a similar Systems Administrator position and have key competencies in the following:
- L1-3 Support in a Microsoft environment
- Microsoft 365 (M365) administration including AzureAD, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams
- VMware administration
- Networking (firewalls, antivirus, VPN)
Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a key requirement and we are ultimately looking for a self-motivated, people-orientated, collaborative and friendly individual with excellent problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
You will join a small IT team in this broad and varied role. You will be responsible for providing end-user support, administration of systems and networks whilst keeping abreast of latest technologies that could be implemented into the environment.
More specifically your daily duties will include:
- End-user support to a userbase of 120
- Perform daily system and network monitoring, verifying the availability of all hardware, servers, systems and key processes
- Contribute to the existing knowledge by documenting IT processes and procedures
- Assist in the successful implementation of IT projects
- Active participation in ensuring 99% system uptime during business hours.
On offer is the ability to work in a varied role with exposure to project work.
This practice also offers hybrid working, with a policy of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH (work from home).
