Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
- Troubleshooting, providing technical support, and collaborating with clients to understand their IT operation’s needs.
- Perform systems and network administration tasks, including server and network configuration and maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Implement security measure to safeguard infrastructure and data.
- Conduct regular backups and develop recovery plans.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis.
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
- Assist in proposal development, as requested.
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.
