Join Our Team as a Systems Administrator!
We are a multi-national restaurant brand looking for a Systems Administrator to support our expanding regional operations. As a vital member of our UK team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing first and second-line support for our restaurants across our network in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

• Work in a cross-functional UK team to scope and implement new restaurant operating systems• Provide ongoing technical support for all restaurant and head office operating systems• Support the opening of new restaurants, including systems & hardware installation and testing• Support the onboarding of new employees and franchisees• Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant and head office users seeking assistance with IT issues• Manage user requests efficiently through our Helpdesk system, prioritising effectively and keeping users informed about the status of their queries• Seek ways to improve IT systems and related processes
