Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative systems that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and develop comprehensive specifications that align with business objectives.
SOME OF YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, business requirements, and system architecture diagrams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
