• Microsoft Power Platform.

• D365 F&O and/or CE

The Systems Analyst will sit within Group IS and will report directly into the Head of Project Delivery.
As RM begins its journey of transformation, the IS function is focussing on stabilising the existing legacy system landscape, by upgrading systems and infrastructure to address technical debt. You will lead the analysis and planning of these internal Technical IT projects, working with the Solution Architecture team, Project Managers, business SMEs, consultants, and suppliers to identify requirements, and assist project managers in developing achievable plans for execution and cutover.
In order to be effective in this role, you will have experience of collaborating closely with a variety of stakeholders within a matrix organisation, including IS Group leadership, broader functional leadership and others to build a culture of growth and efficiency through effective collaboration. You will have a methodical approach and the detail orientation to be able to synthesise large amount of technical data into feasible and understandable solution options.
