JOB DESCRIPTION
- Evaluate, design and implementation and active solutions that enhance operational processes and drive business growth.
- Writing and refining test cases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient defect resolution and product quality.
- User acceptance testing, visibility of defects and test management.
- Actively participate in business refinements ensuring SAP best practises are followed.
- Provide SAP Production Support for GROUP Plants.
- Delivering operations support services.
- Improve the overall quality of the SMART applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Monitor IT system error.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
- Appropriate ICT degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in System Analysis or similar role.
- SAP ERP System knowledge.
