Position Title: Systems Application Specialist
Position type: ( 2year Fixed Term employment contract)

Duties:

• Research, prepare, maintain and present timelines required for projects
• Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision making
• Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate objectives
• Able to complete data cleansing and verification
• Database setup
• Mapping legacy data to new database fields
• Data transfer to the new system
• Testing and verification and validation of legacy data
• Testing and verification and validation of new data inputs
• Support and/or lead other activities as required.
• Documentation and training

Employment and Educational Requirements:

• Project management policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project
• Project and risk management principles
• ERP implementation experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Formal Education and/or Certification(s) and Experience

• Minimum: college diploma in systems engineering or related field with four years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent
• Preferred: university degree in one of the above fields and/or additional training in project management
