Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in various business domains.
Architect automation and low code solutions using tools such as Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform.
Document and maintain automation and low code solution architectures in compliance with Bombardier architecture and security frameworks.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to setup and improve the operating model for the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) that provides development and support services.
Define and improve requirement management, design, and development standards and best practices.
Ensure compliance to standards by reviewing deliverables and auditing quality assurance processes.
Provide guidance and support to professional and citizen development teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation and low code solution projects.
Conduct assessment of current solutions and recommend enhancements for increased efficiency.
Work closely with managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
