Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and commission integrated audiovisual and video conferencing systems.
- Analyze schematics to grasp technical and functional requirements for solution implementation.
- Provide end-user training on system usage.
- Troubleshoot and debug AV systems, including firmware updates.
- Support before and after-sales services.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
