L3Harris Space and Airborne Systems Australia is currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to assist with the planning and execution of system engineering activities within complex engineering projects in electronic warfare.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the timely and professional delivery of project outcomes.
  • Development of product and system architectures including both hardware and software capabilities
  • Requirements management for all projects, including capture and decomposition of requirements
  • Plan and participate in formal and informal system modelling
  • Monitor program technical, quality and safety requirements to track compliance
  • Prepare and participate in effective testing and verification programs
  • Participate in the generation of formal bids and quotations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and present design details during internal and customer reviews
  • Review project schedules and meet financial and time constraints
  • Participate in internal company processes e.g. non-conformance reports, failure reports, etc.
