  As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and effective asset management. You will lead our client’s system engineering team to manage priorities, standards, processes and delivery of functionality to meet business requirements and governance standards.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Experience in IT Management, Project, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience in systems engineering.
• IT System Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and secure maintenance of IT Infrastructure, including servers, storage, cloud services and auxiliary supporting systems.
• Capacity Planning and Performance Optimisation
• Incident Management and Problem Resolution
• Project Delivery
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Security and Compliance
• Experience in managing system engineering teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements are understood and translated into designs and specifications
• Liaise with IT team to ensure alignment with process, practice and methodologies
• Ability to document design and system processes
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage own time.
• Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
