JOB DESCRIPTION
A Systems Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that new customers experience a seamless transition to using the Softworks solution. This professional is tasked with analysing business requirements to tailor the software configuration to meet the specific needs of each client. The job involves a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills, as the specialist must work closely with clients to understand their operational needs and translate these into functional software solutions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to customize and configure systems to meet specific organizational needs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in software implementation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for quick learners, who are keen to work in a fast-paced environment. While fully supported every step of the way, you are someone who thrives on responsibility, challenge, and problem-solving.
To be eligible to apply for the Project Implementation Specialist Programme, we are looking for applicants that have completed a relevant degree at a third-level organisation such as Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or Management Information systems or have relevant experience in technical systems implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant 3rd level degree
- 2/3 years’ experience in systems implementation
- Strong technical skills are essential
- Strong communication skills – you must enjoy interfacing with customers and be confident in representing the company
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential
- Ability to work flexibly and co-operatively to solve problems and achieve team goals
- Ability to exercise initiative and to embrace and adapt to change
- Must be a strong team player and also able to work on own initiative
- Experience in the Time and Attendance industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Written and verbal fluency in one or more of the following languages French, German, Italian, and Spanish is highly desirable
