Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of legal practice management software, document management system and data security/protection is desired.
• Provide end-user support, oversee and manage IT operations and technical issues.
• With relevant experience in IT security compliance
• Oversee the maintenance and security of the firm’s computer systems and system monitoring.
• Manage staff and user credentials and frameworks.
• Ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses.
• Maintain risk registers and information assets.
• Maintain cybersecurity and resolves issues on vulnerablities on servers, applications, software and firewall.
• Conduct annual information security briefings and communicate security-related policies, guidelines, and notifications to staff.
