ABOUT YOU
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Experience in providing L2 support across core Microsoft On-Premises and M365 technologies including, but not limited to, Hybrid Exchange, Windows Server, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online.
- Strong understanding of Mail flow, Hygiene, Archiving and MTA solutions.
- Previous Experience in Power Platform/Automation an advantage.
- Ability to innovate and adopt various Microsoft 365 Technologies to improve existing and future team/customer capabilities.
- Experience in administering Microsoft 365 technologies with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
- Desire for personal and team growth.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an integral member of the Enterprise Services Team, you will:
- Perform system monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting and escalating issues proactively when necessary.
- Work to reduce operational risk and improve the availability of M365 and messaging services by implementing measures to ensure smooth operations and minimize outages.
- Contribute to Change and Event management processes to ensure compliance towards the NSW Health methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and an escalation point to other eHealth members, existing LHD and Service Desk personnel for resolution of complex messaging service-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
