Description:
Systems R&D Program Manager, who is responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of medium to large R&D projects in an agile EV validation software development environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices – PMP certification is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to clearly and concisely share critical informationExperience: 3+ years of prior technical development experience, exceptional time management, and multi-release roadmap development – software development experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of medium to large R&D projects in an agile EV validation software development environment
- Responsible for centralized management of project management deliverables such as charters, requirements, schedules, risk logs, status updates, and lessons learned
- Responsible for assembling, maintaining, and supporting project team; monitoring project performance and health; managing project risks and escalating issues to leadership
- Responsible for effectively communicating to stakeholders at all levels – from leadership to individual contributors – to keep them informed and engaged as necessary
- Accountable for developing and executing right-sized change management plans to prepare, equip, and support individuals throughout the changeAccountable for driving the project according to NI processes
