  We are currently looking for security cleared (NV1 or higher) Systems Safety Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people with proven experience in a Defence environment who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
  This role will see you take on a range of tasks including developing safety engineering documentation, conducting mandated system reviews, drafting safety engineering reports and development of safety case reports to support Defence Amphibious platforms on the LAND8710 project.

WHAT SORT OF SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Experience within a Defence Maritime environment
• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Working knowledge of System Safety and Defence/CASG Policies
• Experience in the development and management of technical systems and engineering artefacts
• Strong communication skills
• Process orientated with good attention to detail
• Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
