We have partnered with a US-based Product Company looking to expand their Product Management team. They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work. They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil or Ecuador.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience installing, maintaining, configuring, monitoring, and automating in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Recent experience working heavily on automation scripting.
• 3+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell.
• Experience with the challenges IT teams face with security and know how to set up secure baselines for Windows, Mac, and Linux devices.
• Experience with source control and interacting with REST APIs.

• Crafting Scripts and Content Enrichment: Develop content for our suite of IT operations software through scripts, monitoring parameters, and establishing baseline standards. Generate customized scripts and automations for both potential and current clients.
• Strategic Exploration and Standardization: Investigate and formulate new IT operations standards, aligning with industry best practices. Regularly update our scripting database to enhance overall IT standards.
• Proactive Automation Solutions and Client Assistance: Identify, execute, and expedite unique scripts for automation. Responsively address IT incidents or events with tailor-made automation remedies to provide frontline support to our clients.
