We’re currently seeking a Systems Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team in North Sydney. As a Systems Specialist you’ll be responsible for managing CRM administration and development, monitoring ERP systems, troubleshooting EDI issues, and supporting and developing e-commerce platforms. This role is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with commercial and functional teams, as well as the CRM provider, to develop solutions that meet operational and commercial needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Produce reports to support various business requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Keep up with the latest CRM functions and proactively share relevant updates and improvements with stakeholders.
  • Conduct CRM training sessions, develop SOPs, and provide face-to-face instruction to ensure effective CRM usage. Offer ad hoc support to CRM users as needed.
  • Collaborate with Global support to maintain and monitor CRM database updates, sample allocation, and order functions across all business units.
  • Engage with Global Teams on Veeva projects and collaborate with third-party vendors like TCS to ensure system functionality and support.
  • Ensure accurate transmission of database updates and order messages between CRM, e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, third-party logistics, and wholesalers. Work closely with the Customer Engagement Team to support daily order flow and implement business contingency plans to ensure timely order delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent work experience that can substitute for formal education.
  • A Veeva Administrator Certification or Salesforce.com Administrator Certification is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience as a CRM administrator using the Salesforce.com Platform, preferably in the Pharmaceutical and/or B2B sectors.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of CRM management, including training and support.
  • Ideally, experience with ERP systems like M3 and SAP, as well as web-based e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience in providing support to both internal and external customers.
