The role of Systems Trainer Coordinator within the IT Team is one that will assist in providing support to the System Training Team. This role will help coordinate the development and deployment of learning solutions across the organisation. This is a fast paced operational environment which will involve managing multiple tasks projects concurrently.
This is a responsible and demanding role, as part of the training function within the IT Team, and requiring: effective collaboration with operations across the business; the ability to support and coordinate in the design & development of system training packages, communicating and motivating in-house teams to onboard with new and improving technology driven business change.
This position is full time, working remotely with UK travel to sites and offices

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Office 365 applications
  • Healthcare ERP systems
  • Workforce planning/rostering systems
  • Quality and Assurance systems

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, review and maintain resources, including but not limited to, user guides, videos
  • Be involved in the design of training packages
  • Assist in project workshops with other areas of the business
  • Communicating and working with the internal Business Systems team.
  • UAT Testing
  • Update documentation following new system releases
  • Support the development of training needs assessment, feedback and monitoring systems
  • Coordinating training calendars of events, to schedule delivery dates, participants
  • Assisting with queries and enquiries
  • Supporting the Systems Training Team Leader in team deliverables
