2ND LINE ENGINEER – AZURE, M365, AVD – REMOTE - £30,000 - £37,000
My client is a superb solutions and Services provider. They’re in fast-growth mode after successful startup and a massive part of that is their amazing Managed Services team which excel in every department.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Work across all manner of Microsoft enterprise services providing support (Windows Server, AD, SQL, DNS etc).
- Work across the full Microsoft 365 stack supporting customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement enhancements, meeting client requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and colleagues.
- Continuously monitor and maintain environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
