Salary: £50000 - £60000 pro-rata (plus London Weighting (£5164) for those with a London office base) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Contract type: Permanent, Part-Time (4 days per week)
Location: Flexible/Hybrid - the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to Television Centre, London once per month, but can be based anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As the first Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join the BBC Studios team you will be responsible for taking a well created Pan-BBC Employer Brand & EVP and bringing it to life within our Global organisation. This means taking the “Your BBC” core brand and turning it into a valuable asset that positions BBC Studios as an employer of choice globally. This is a Part-Time role working 4 days per week.

Working within the BBC Studios Enablement team and in close partnership with the Public Service Employer Brand team you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Talent Acquisition Marketing strategies that resonate with current and potential employees. This will include;

  • The creation of compelling Content and Copy that showcases our Culture, Values, and Employee Experience.
  • The creation and management of our Outreach and Engagement strategy across both physical and digital events.
  • The management of TA Marketing campaigns across all relevant social channels, job boards, etc.
  • Pitching to and delivering on campaigns for all Stakeholder groups across the business.
  • Providing insights and analysis to TA Marketing performance along with market insights and trends.
  • Being a prominent practitioner of inclusion and representation across all of our TA Marketing activity.
  • Coaching and mentoring of our Marketing Apprentice.
