Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. The role will contribute to the evolution of Crown Resorts and play a vital role in shaping our workforce for the future. Looking after our Food and Beverage, Back of House portfolio, this role will seek exceptional Chefs to join our business and ensure our diverse range of restaurants have the talent required to deliver first- class culinary experiences across our many world-renowned restaurants like Nobu, Bistro Guillaume and many others.

With critically acclaimed restaurants brought to you by the world’s culinary elite, Crown Perth offers dining at its finest which requires a dynamic professional to support our Culinary team seeking the best talent utilising creative search and diving into the culinary world to build relationships and talent pools.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery for all roles across this portfolio.
  • Attract and place the best talent to shape Crown Resorts
  • Manage the delivery of the culinary recruitment process including assessments, phone screening, interview scheduling and offer management
  • Support and guide Hiring Managers in the selection process
  • Instil a proactive approach to talent sourcing
  • Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships with key stakeholders, grow to have extensive knowledge within this specialised area of recruitment
  • Become an expert on the end-to-end TA model to promote and advocate to Crown
