As Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries of the Danaher Corporation in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director and your primary focus will be on revenue generating and customer facing positions, as Sales and Marketing.
This role is based in Dubai with a hybrid working solution.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • University’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of proven experience recruiting across MEA, covering Commercial functions, preferably within the tech industry as in-house recruiter or RPO
  • Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
  • Native Arabic & fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring needs
  • Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics
  • Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring manager
  • Screen candidates and present a diverse, qualified slate to hiring manager
  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles
  • Identify optimal channels for advertising roles and post jobs accordingly
  • Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools (e.g., DanaherGo, candidate CRM)
  • Follow standard work guidelines for each tollgate of the recruiting process
  • Ensure job description compliance (e.g., branding, inclusive language, translations)
  • Maintain timely and accurate candidate status updates in Workday
  • Follow standard work for engagement and onboarding of recruitment agencies for individual positions
