Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

  • 6-month fixed-term non-ongoing contract
    The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a crucial role in helping to shape our future workforce. You will partner with hiring managers across our diverse business to identify needs, attract talent and ensure a smooth and effective process, from briefing through to onboarding.
    The position is flexibly based from one of our Melbourne (Truganina) or Sydney (Banksmeadow / Orchard Hills / Kemps Creek) locations. Other locations in QLD/NSW/VIC will be considered for the right candidate.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that meet the specific requirements of various roles within the organisation
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, availability and interest level, providing a shortlist of promising candidates
  • Assist in identifying and engaging passive candidates for key positions, utilising various sourcing techniques and platforms to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are informed of the timing and format of the interviews
  • Facilitate background checks and other pre-employment screening processes to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for employment
  • Manage the offer process, within our remuneration framework and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and candidate records in CEVA HR systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
