• Act as the vital link connecting candidates with our team, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process from start to finish, managing an average of 30 roles.
• Thrive in the busy environment, maintaining operational efficiency even during peak seasons.
• Proactively seek out and evaluate Garden Labourers, Horticulturalists, and Greenkeepers, ensuring we have the best talent available.
• Share your recruitment wisdom with Hiring Managers, guiding them to make smarter and more efficient hiring decisions.
• Play a pivotal role in our organisational evolution, leading fresh and innovative ways of working.
• Utilise LiveHire, our Applicant Tracking System, to streamline and enhance the recruitment experience.
