InnovMetric, a local high-tech company that shines internationally, is looking for a talent acquisition advisor to recruit skilled individuals for our Quebec City office as well as our subsidiaries around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an advisory role to managers regarding talent acquisition and support them throughout the process
  • Determine the best recruitment strategies and offer innovative solutions
  • Ensure that the use of social media is maximized for recruitment purposes
  • Interview prospective candidates, administer tests, and make job offers
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new employees by helping managers to elaborate training plans, set up sponsorship programs, and integrate new employees to their team
  • Conduct follow-up meetings after a few months of employment
  • Attend job fairs throughout the year and assist other ambassadors
  • Actively participate in professional networking activities and stay informed of any upcoming events
  • Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Have a university degree in human resources management, administration or any other related area
  • Cumulate at least three years of relevant experience in the field
  • Be comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or other types of recruitment platforms
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written French as well as English since interviews for our international subsidiaries take place with non-francophone candidates and managers
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Exhibit outstanding communication abilities
  • Display rigor and remarkable organization skills
  • Possess a great capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Be able to multitask efficiently and carry out the required follow-ups in a timely manner
