Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Talent Acquitision Advisor to join our Melbourne based team.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support end-to-end internal recruitment activities across the organisation. You will recruit across all areas of the organisation including HR, tech, finance, legal, marketing, fundraising and healthcare, providing best practice recruitment advice and support to hiring managers along the way.
Due to growth in the organisation, this role is being offered on a fixed term full time contract period of 6 months. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond office.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED
- Demonstrated experience in a hands-on end-to-end recruitment role (either agency or in house)
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong customer service skills, providing a value adding service to our internal stakeholders
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and ability to juggle a high volume of unique active vacancies
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice recruitment and selection principles and a genuine interest in current TA industry trends and insights
- A passion for DE&I, always ensuring our policies and processes are as inclusive and accessible as possible
- Ability to think outside of the box and leverage employer branding and EVP to attract and retain talent
- Excellent communication skills for face-to-face, phone and written communication
