SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in legal or professional services will come highly regarded but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a complex and changing environment;
- Confident in HR best practice and providing sound advice;
- Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills Tertiary; qualifications in HR, management or a business-related discipline will come highly regarded;
Responsibilities:
- Manage the talent attraction and recruitment across the business’s operations for the Queensland team;
- Chair and lead all interviews from transactional roles up to Executive level roles;
- Provide generalist recruitment advice, coaching and training to leaders with regards to best hiring practice, recommendations, and market insights;
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance.
