Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the personnel hiring process that includes coordination with hiring managers, review and selection of CVs, coordinate, and review of selection test such as medical or manual test for contributors’ positions, preparation and execution of interviews, assistance in the selection of candidates, and coordination with the hiring manager
- Recruit the talent required for the recruitment processes, using various sources such as electronic pages, web sites, job boards, job fairs, social media, universities, etc
- Coordinate and execute personnel selection processes and conduct interviews whether written, telephone, video or in person.
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new hires to the organization and ensure its quality content. Give talks with critical information for new collaborators. Propose and execute improvements to the orientation process. Manage the documentation associated with the onboarding process.
- Prepare personnel files, completing the documentation, reviewing it in detail and register the information of the new hire in the system, according to established procedures.
- Lead, coordinate and execute the student recruitment process for the internship program and execute the onboarding process for them.
- Publish internal and external positions on the different recruiting platforms
