Description:

The Jerry Seiner Dealerships are looking to add a Talent Recruiter to the corporate team! This role will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing, scheduling, and assisting with the onboarding of applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using Indeed Employer to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Familiar with employment law including FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with Hiring Managers on the needs of their department.
  • Make decisions on where to source based on trends and data. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Assist with pre-employment screening process including background/credit checks and drug screening. Communicate with both Hiring Manager and Payroll department.
  • Communicate with newly hired employees about onboarding expectations and help set up a first successful day and week.
  • Work with management to reduce turnover and ensure a positive employee experience.
