Tasks

Your Commitment will include

  • Collaborate with Business Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure alignment with position requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews as needed.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in IT.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Fluency in English
