We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team specializing in Recruitment for our CUMMINS in Buenos Aires, Argentina
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including recruitment reporting, document control and compensation analysis.
- Coordination of the hiring process, from bid review to onboarding of new employees.
- Logistical management of recruitment initiatives such as apprentice and young talent programs.
- Posting advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
- Supporting candidates and hiring leaders
- Assisting with recruiting events.
- Promote diversity and inclusion.
- Responsible for vacancy cycle management, ensuring processes in line with KPIs;
- Interact with hiring manager to ensure vacancy prerequisites are aligned, as well as provide all necessary support to schedule interviews, ensuring a good experience for candidates.
- Availability for face-to-face meetings in the office when necessary.
- Manage local recruitment fairs
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of internal human resources and recruiting policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR systems.
- English communication skills (oral and written).
