We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team specializing in Recruitment for our CUMMINS in Buenos Aires, Argentina

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including recruitment reporting, document control and compensation analysis.
  • Coordination of the hiring process, from bid review to onboarding of new employees.
  • Logistical management of recruitment initiatives such as apprentice and young talent programs.
  • Posting advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
  • Supporting candidates and hiring leaders
  • Assisting with recruiting events.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Responsible for vacancy cycle management, ensuring processes in line with KPIs;
  • Interact with hiring manager to ensure vacancy prerequisites are aligned, as well as provide all necessary support to schedule interviews, ensuring a good experience for candidates.
  • Availability for face-to-face meetings in the office when necessary.
  • Manage local recruitment fairs

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of internal human resources and recruiting policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR systems.
  • English communication skills (oral and written).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant experience in related roles or equivalent specialized skills.
  • Minimum high school, technical career or bachelor’s degree education.
