QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum of 1 year experience doing end- to- end recruitment/ volume hiring
- BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS office software
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, leadership capabilities
- The ability to communicate in a clear, simple, constructive and effective fashion
- A strong customer-oriented approach
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills in a changing environment
Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Stealth values.
- Source candidates, review resume, and administer assessments.
- Conducts initial/ preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions, majority of which are for Operations Department.
- Coordinates with Operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified candidates.
- Prepares job offer letters and ensures completion of primary pre-employment requirements.
- Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database.
- Undertake administrative duties (e.g. maintenance and updating of 201 folder)
- Undertakes task(s) that may be assigned from time to time by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Country Head.
