QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 1 year experience doing end- to- end recruitment/ volume hiring
  • BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS office software
  • Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, leadership capabilities
  • The ability to communicate in a clear, simple, constructive and effective fashion
  • A strong customer-oriented approach
  • Good decision making and problem-solving skills in a changing environment

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Stealth values.
  • Source candidates, review resume, and administer assessments.
  • Conducts initial/ preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions, majority of which are for Operations Department.
  • Coordinates with Operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Prepares job offer letters and ensures completion of primary pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database.
  • Undertake administrative duties (e.g. maintenance and updating of 201 folder)
  • Undertakes task(s) that may be assigned from time to time by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Country Head.
