ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Talent Acquisition Associate with French, you will focus on the recruitment processes for positions in Poland and France. You will work in close collaboration with your recruitment team in Wrocław and have touchpoints with colleagues Europe wide. You will be responsible for efficiently organizing the candidate pipeline and bringing the candidate experience to the next level.

- First Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for potential new colleagues interested in joining our company. Provide them with detailed information about our company culture, values, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with line managers to continually enhance and optimise recruitment processes using best practices in the field.
- Recruitment Strategy and Global Collaboration: Utilize the right tools, channels, and providers to effectively tap into the market while closely collaborating with Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding on regional and global strategies to attract top talent.
- Talent Engagement: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Alignment with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their department’s recruitment objectives and align your efforts accordingly.
- Innovation: Contribute to the implementation of innovative hiring techniques and assessment centres to identify and secure the best-fit candidates for various roles.
