Talent Acquisition Attraction & Marketing Associate
Human Resources leads the implementation of HSBC’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility, while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, recruitment, and engagement.
The Talent Acquisition Attraction & Marketing Associate will be part of the US HR Talent Acquisition team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting both lateral and emerging talent attraction activity across all areas of the business.
Success in this role is defined as creating an inclusive team of bankers and staff, finding the best talent in a competitive market, and creating a culture where leaders consider a holistic approach to talent acquisition and talent development.
As our Attraction & Marketing Associate, you will assist in program management and execution of recruitment and selection efforts including supporting the recruitment team in activities such as: selection of recruitment partners, university out-reach, and branding efforts. This will involve attending local recruitment events and assisting with on-the-ground representation for local recruitment activities and campus events.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $95,000 and $140,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

  • Proven and progressive business and/or human resources experience or equivalent with a focus on marketing and attraction
  • Highly motivated and able to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience with administration support which may include collecting and collating candidate feedback; creating presentations (data storytelling); and coordination and support of recruitment activities
  • Strong ability to partner with In House Recruiters/Campus Recruiting and Inclusion & Diversity leadership to further develop and execute on sourcing opportunities; share best practices and business cases for new and innovative approaches/programs; execute and participate in those programs
  • Experience in researching best practices to ensure HSBC’s programs are in line with the US Market including working with our marketing and brand teams and partners
  • Execution focused based on strategic directives from leadership
  • Experience supporting Brand Campaign recruiting activities
