Task Description
To strengthen its HR team, BICS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Your activities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to source, screen and hire the best candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from the job intake to the posting, sourcing, selection, and onboarding of the successful candidates.
  • Develop an active sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Drive initiatives around Employer Branding (incl. Campus Recruitment and participation in job fairs and other industry events) to build a strong corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues and contribute to Talent Management programs within BICS, including talent development initiatives and other larger scale HR projects.

Your Profile

  • You have a first hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (in Technology preferably).
  • You hold a Masters’ degree or equivalent in experience.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment best practices, tools and technologies.
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition is a plus, but we equally value your drive and strong willingness to learn and achieve targets together.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • As an enthusiastic ambassador, you’ll represent BICS with pride and passion.
  • You speak English fluently and either French or Dutch also at a fluent level.
