HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE FOCUSING:

  • Support the recruitment process and related staffing support activities for the business;
  • Development and implementation of best recruitment practices nationally
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as a partner to the business in building efficiencies
  • Build solid relationships with all stakeholders to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of a value added service
  • Assume ownership of the total candidate experience, ensuring all company touch points provide a worthwhile experience for candidates
  • Monitor and audit external postings to ensure company brand is maintained with candidates
  • Support various talent pipelines to meet business requirements in a timely and professional manner
  • Support current recruitment initiatives and programs, while seeking opportunities to improve effectiveness and service levels to clients
  • Identify and bring forth new methods/options for sourcing channels including the business case and projected ROI for each method
  • Offer input on recruitment and retention issues while considering benefit-cost
  • Work with Recruitment teams & hiring Managers to identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration on talent acquisition
