Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the Sydney team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Our team of talent specialists are based across Sydney and Brisbane and as a group we manage the end-to-end recruitment of all legal, risk advisory, business support and partner roles on a national basis. In this role you will manage the recruitment process for business support roles in all Australian offices.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years experience with end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of professional roles, in either an agency or internal talent team
- Advanced interviewing skills with experience of interviewing candidates from various backgrounds
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with hiring managers across different time zones
- Strong people, partnership, relationship management and consulting skills
- Ability to think outside the box and adopt new search methodologies for analysing and assessing talent
