As the Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 6 month contract you will support the Early Careers Program Manager with the end-to-end recruitment of up to 300 Graduates. This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role across several recognised Australian brands.
The allied health market is challenging, and we are doing everything that we can to support the team to continue the fantastic outputs they are achieving. We are investing in new tech to improve access to untapped talent; investing in new recruitment marketing avenues; and investing in tech-forward platforms to engage with students.
Responsibilities:
You are solutions-focused and enjoy a blend of candidate engagement and administrative responsibilities. You have a passion for Early Careers recruitment and understand the importance and impact of providing a positive candidate experience in tight candidate markets. You will bring;
- Demonstrated success in early careers/graduate recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience with volume recruitment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
