Your Role: As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our IT Contracting Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting top talent within the IT sector.
• Interviewing: Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Selection Process Management: Ensuring a seamless and efficient selection process.
• Aftercare: Supporting and maintaining relationships with our valued IT contractors.
• Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues, including our Account Managers.

Qualifications for Success: We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to expand their knowledge in this field.
• Is passionate about IT and eager to contribute to our international success story.
• Ideally, has prior experience in recruitment (though this is not mandatory).
• Possesses excellent communication skills and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Is fluent in English and ideally Czech/Slovak
