Great news! CTG is growing and we’re committed to adding more dedicated healthcare workers to provide home and community care services to the locations we serve. To help us reach this goal we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Healthcare Projects to join our team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition, Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Consultant, Healthcare Project will take on the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles. You will be providing your talent acquisition expertise across multiple business lines within CTG. This role is all about building engagement and providing a white-glove personalized experience to candidates across various business lines.
This is a one-year contract in a hybrid environment of in-office and home and is based in our Mississauga office.

SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS:

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably within the healthcare industry. A strong focus on sourcing processes, procedures, and various recruitment tools is ideal
• Building on Brand Awareness comes second nature to you. Use different avenues like social media to promote CTG and connect with candidates
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• You are curious and don’t settle for the status quo. You constantly look for ways to strengthen and improve your craft as a talent acquisition specialist. You don’t settle for anything less than recruitment excellence

• You build relationships. You will be supporting internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
