MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in HR/ Industrial Psychology
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrable recruiting experience i.e., in interviewing and assessing potential and onboarding processes.
- Understanding of labour market and labour legislation in South Africa.
- Proven ability to manage multiple jobs (at least 20) effectively at the same time.
- Proficient in using company application tracking systems and databases to process candidates.
- Skilled in LinkedIn search methods.
- Experience working with candidate management systems
